Where did summer go? We blinked and it was gone.

This summer Creative Club Inc. worked with over 200 kids building LEGO® structures at Creative Club Camp, in Toronto! The kids had a blast!

This was our first year as a destination day camp at The Brighton School, located on The Donway West just north of Lawrence Ave. East. We ran 3 different bus routes taking kids to Toronto LEGO® Building Camp from as far as Mississauga, Etobicoke, Richmond Hill, Markham, and the Beaches. The campers were divided into 3 groups – LEGO® Explorers, LEGO® Builders, and LEGO® Designers and Architects. Each group worked with our Creative Leaders building different projects every day. Some of my favourite LEGO® creations from the summer include: A LEGO® Lake with fish, Jurassic Park, LEGO® City, Sports Facilities, and the Titanic Ship. One group of kids built a moving tram in the LEGO® City without the use of electronics. The LEGO® Masters in Training were brilliant in their ability to work together as a team and tap into their imagination and creativity to build such amazing LEGO® structures. Our Counselors were inspired every day.

The kids enjoyed outdoor activities too with games and fun play.

We hope your child had the opportunity to be part of the magic this summer at Creative Club LEGO® Camp. If not, please join us next summer. We’ll have over 100,000 LEGO® bricks available for the campers to build, and more activities to announce in the coming months. We can’t wait until Summer 2015!

Have a great Fall Season!
