Announcing 2 New Programs coming to Forest Hill Jewish Centre… LEGO® Building & Robotics!Health & Safety First… Please note that kids hand sanitize before and after every program. Our instructors wear masks and all LEGO supplies are disinfected before and after every program. We delivered programs this past summer at two locations for Centre Camp – The Prosserman JCC and Schwartz Reisman Centre. Our team and the kids followed all health protocols and the kids were happy, healthy and safe.
Course 1: LEGO® Explore, Build & Design :New Projects each week including strong & stable structures, sports stadiums, restaurant design, movie theatres, LEGO® circles and more… Kids strengthen skills in planning, creativity, communication and teamwork. Grades 1 – 3 & 4 – 6
Course 2: Robotics: WeDo 2.0 (Grades 1-3):Kids learn about STEM as they build a variety of robots including a cooling fan, moving satellite, race car, a recycling truck and a helicopter. Program helps kids develop skills in problem solving, communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork.
Course 3: SPIKE Prime Robotics :
This NEW system gets builders ready for the future by using LEGO bricks, Technic pieces, and a more complex coding system. SPIKE Prime uses scratch coding to program the robots for a variety of movements. Follows STEM directive. This is a very exciting class for kids who love Robotics!

- LEGO® Explore & Build – Mondays 4:00 – 5:00 pm (grades 1 – 3)
- LEGO® Build & Design – Mondays 5:00 – 6:00 pm (grades 4 – 6)
- Robotics – WeDo 2.0 – Wednesdays 4:00 – 5:00 pm (grades 1 – 3)
- Robotics – SPIKE Prime – Wednesdays 5:00 – 6:00 pm (grades 4 – 6)
Duration: 8 weeks – One day per week
Program Fee: LEGO Program – $195 plus tax Robotics Program – $240 plus tax
